Terms And Conditions

1 – Right to Refuse Sales

StudioLASH® reserves the right to refuse sales and service to anyone for any reason at any time. Eyelash Extension products are intended for use only by trained/experienced/qualified beauty professionals.

2 – Defective Product

If you (the Buyer) determine that products shipped to you are defective, please advise StudioLASH® of this within seven (7) days of receipt by email or telephone. We will normally issue you a return authorisation number and instructions on where to return any defective product. Please note that all products should be returned in their original packaging. StudioLASH® reserves the right to either replace defective product or provide a refund of the purchase price upon receipt of any defective product.

3 – Product Deliveries & Returns

StudioLASH® aim to deliver products of the highest quality. For same-day dispatch of parcels, please complete online orders prior to 1.30pm AEST Monday to Friday. Orders received after this time are not guaranteed to be shipped out same day. Receipt of Express Post Parcels can usually be expected the next business day to all major cities or within 1-2 days for to WA postcodes or remote locations.

As we rely on Australia (and overseas) Postal Providers for our product delivery, there are occasionally unexpected delays that are beyond our control. For real-time tracking of your order, please visit http://auspost.com.au/track entering tracking reference provided on dispatched orders by automated email.

Customers in the USA can track all sent parcels via USPS online. Note that we do not require a signature on delivery of international parcels. Once shipped, allow up to 24 hours for shipping information to be viewed online. Once an order has been posted with and accepted by Australia Post, StudioLASH® is no longer liable for the order.

Due to issues of hygiene, StudioLASH® cannot accept returns of product after packaging has been opened. If you decide to return an unopened package, you can be credited with the purchase price, less any freight charges. We request you contact StudioLASH® within seven (7) days of receipt of goods to arrange a return.

4 – Use of Products

Buyer acknowledges, accepts and agrees that:
(a) Use of products sold by StudioLASH® must be used with great care to prevent an accidental injury, especially when performing work near an individual’s eye and
(b) There is associated danger with the application of eyelash extensions that may include injury to a individual’s eye.

5 – Change of Mind

StudioLASH® does not provide any refunds for a ‘Change of Mind’.

Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made an incorrect product selection or that you have simply found the same or similar goods elsewhere. We highly recommend that you carefully review any item descriptions before adding them to your cart and proceeding with ordering.     

We are unable to refund or exchange goods for Change of Mind or for errors you have made in your order. A Credit Coupon / Voucher Code will normally issued that can be redeemed for future use with online purchases once a product has been returned We may, at our discretion, allow a return for store credit or exchange product on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is: 

  1. Returned within 7 days of order being received by Australia Post.
  2. Not used or opened (with original packaging).
  3. Not damaged in any way & returned in resalable condition.
6 – Care of Product

You, as the Buyer, acknowledge that
(a) Exposure of products sold by StudioLASH® to temperature extremes may cause changes in the products and that such changes may make the products unsuitable for use; and
(b) Use of products sold by StudioLASH® must be used with great care by a trained technician to prevent an accidental injury, especially when performing work near an individual’s eye.

7 – Limitation of Liability

To the full extent permitted by law, in no event will StudioLASH® or its directors, officers, owners, employees, independent contractors, suppliers and licensors (StudioLASH®, et al) be liable for any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, suits, attachments, judgments, losses, penalties, fines, settlements, expenses, including court costs and reasonable lawyer’s fees incident thereto; indirect, special, incidental, economic, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of the use or misuse of products sold by StudioLASH®.

Buyer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless StudioLASH®, et al for all such claims and actions in each case notwithstanding the actual or alleged negligence (whether active or passive, sole or concurrent, simple or gross), strict or statutory, provided that the StudioLASH® liability will be limited to the purchase price of the product to the full extent permitted by law.

Shipping And Payment Information

Domestic Shipping Delays

Australia Post is experiencing domestic delivery delays due to reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights along with a significant increase in parcel volumes and social distancing requirements within their network. For the fastest delivery of items at this time we suggest all orders be sent using Express Post service. In addition we also have the Signature-On-Delivery option available for all parcels. International Shipping Delays

Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible and clear backlog. Online Order Pickup / Local Collection

Please note that due to new social distancing requirements, our warehouse location is no longer Open to the Public. We can however arrange for your online order to be delivered to our Newtown salon location for collection at your convenience – open 7 days.  To arrange a pickup of your next online order, please Contact Us.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All shipments are sent from Newtown NSW 2042 Postcode.  To calculate shipping times to your own location visit this link to Australia Post’s Website. Please also use this link to confirm if your postcode is within the Australia Post ‘Guaranteed’ Overnight Delivery Network * before completing your order.  For same-day dispatch of ExpressPost Next Business Day parcels, please complete online orders prior to 1.30pm AEST Monday to Friday. Orders received after this time cannot be guaranteed for same-day shipping. For the real-time tracking of your order, please visit https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track entering tracking reference provided by automated email once your order has been dispatched.  Customers within the USA can track all Standard and Express parcel deliveries via USPS online (allow 24 Hours to update). We normally suggest customers use Express Overnight Satchels for all Australian Destinations. Parcels should normally be received before 12.30pm on the next business day with Australia Post. What Shipping Methods Are Available?

During Online Checkout you can select your preferred shipping options. We normally suggest using Express Overnight Delivery for all Australian Destinations especially during warmer months to ensure products are not exposed to hot/humid/warm conditions.  For international orders we normally have 3 shipping options available during checkout – these are Express, Standard or Economy Shipping.  For other options please contact us. Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

All orders can be made via our online store directly alternatively we can email an Online Invoice to you directly via our accounting system with Payment by Credit Card, EFT and Cash all available. Online Invoices can be paid safely and securely online using encrypted secure payment gateway of PayPal. Customers can use any Credit Card (including Amex) without requiring regsitration of a PayPal Account. Please contact us if you wished to have items invoiced online.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you don’t… New Customers can easily checkout online as a ‘Guest’ without the need to create a User Account.  If you would like to be able to view past orders, download documents or manuals we suggest creating an account during the Checkout process.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Please note we are unable to ship items without first receiving payment. We accept all major credit cards via our secure PayPal Checkout. We also accept EFT, Cheque and Cash on Collection.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Our integrated PayPal Payment gateway accepts any Credit / Debit Card payment using secure encryption.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

For changes & additions to existing orders, please call or email us and we will be more than happy to assist.  StudioLASH® is unable to provide refunds for a ‘Change of Mind’.   In this instance a credit Coupon or Voucher Code will normally be issued that can then be redeemed for future use with online purchases via our website.

How Do I Track My Order?

For real-time tracking of your order, please visit https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track entering tracking reference provided by (automated) email from our webstore for all dispatched orders.  For domestic orders using Express Post Shipping, your parcel will normally arrive by 12.30pm on the next business day.

How Can I Return a Product?
